1) Determine the amount of Nutra-Rejuvion to be taken per day. This is dependent on your weight: -         50kg (110lbs) = 1gm per day      100kg (220lbs) = 2 gm per day      150kg (330lbs) = 3 gm per day      200kg (440lbs) = 4 gm per day 2) You then take half that amount twice a day (morning and evening). 3) Inside the tub of Nutra-Rejuvion is a small measuring spoon. 1 packed, level measuring spoon is equivalent to ½ gm. So, if you weigh 100kg you need 2gm per day. This is two level measuring spoonfuls in the morning and two at night. 4) Dissolve Nutra-Rejuvion in mineral water or diluted fruit juice as preferred, and drink all at once or sip regularly over a period of a few hours.
